In a letter dated May 19, 2020 the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) informed the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality that the EPA completed its review of certain provisions in the 2014 Texas Surface Water Quality Standards pursuant to section 303(c) of the Clean Water Act.
